How to use your phone to give simple feedback

As a parent, coach or player this video is talking you through how to film a Precision training drill so that you can provide visual feedback to the player and they can see what is wrong with their current technique and what they need to do to improve.

- Training Cones
FOCUS POINTS:
Follow the steps below to help improve your technique.
- STEP 1: Film your kick at training.
- STEP 2: Watch 2 or 3 kicks and identify any obvious problems
- STEP 3: Then spend 5 minutes practicing the correction drills (see videos below)
- STEP 4: Film again (up to 3 kicks)
- STEP 5: Review what you have filmed and see if there have been any improvements in your technique
- STEP 6: Repeat this specific correction drill 3-5 times per week
💡Note: If your kick is not quite right, or you are having issues with the ball drop, ball alignment or foot control then refer to the correction drills section below to help you fix this step.
